The Best Western Premier Park Hotel 155th Anniversary Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Best Western Premier Park Hotel ("Sponsor"), located at 22 S. Carroll Street, Madison, WI 53703.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Best Western Premier Park Hotel, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway:

Complete and submit the official entry form on the giveaway landing page.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Entry Period

Entries must be received during the promotional period specified on the giveaway landing page. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible.

Prize

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The prize consists of a two-night stay at Best Western Premier Park Hotel, including breakfast for two at The Post. The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Redemption

The two-night stay and breakfast for two must be redeemed and completed by December 31, 2026.

Reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including holidays, special events, and other dates determined by the Sponsor. Any expenses not specifically included in the prize description, including transportation, parking, additional meals beyond the included breakfast for two, incidentals, and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Unused portions of the prize will be forfeited and will not be replaced or refunded.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Best Western Premier Park Hotel the right to use their name, likeness, city of residence, and photographs for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Best Western Premier Park Hotel, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

Privacy

Information collected through the entry form will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy practices.
