Meet The Team

Born and raised in Guttenberg, Iowa, along the Mississippi River, my love for travel, hospitality, and food & beverage began with family vacations. I studied Hotel Management at Kirkwood College, gaining hands-on experience at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, and graduated in 2012 after completing an internship at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.

I joined Park Hotel in 2013 as a Sales Manager, was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in 2016, and became Director of Sales in 2019. Throughout my tenure, I've been part of the hotel's major renovation and helped navigate the challenges of the pandemic.

Beyond the hotel, I've served on the boards of Make Music Madison and Destination Madison's LGBTQ+ Advisor Committee since 2024. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, concerts, discovering great food and drinks, and spending time with my partner, family, friends, and my dog, Levi.

Born and raised in Verona, Wisconsin, Will Witek has strong roots in the Madison area and a passion for connecting with people. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he studied Marketing and Business Analytics, building a foundation in communication, business strategy, and relationship development.

As a Sales Manager at Best Western Premier Park Hotel, Will enjoys helping guests and event planners bring their gatherings to life in the heart of downtown Madison. His local knowledge and welcoming personality make him a valuable part of the Park Hotel team.

Outside of work, Will is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to football, basketball, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending time with his fiancée and their two cats.

Kris O’Kane brings more than 20 years of sales and customer service experience to her role as New Business Development Sales Manager at Best Western Premier Park Hotel. With a passion for building lasting relationships, she specializes in creating personalized solutions for corporate clients and helping bring successful meetings, events, and stays to life.

Before joining the hospitality industry, Kris built a successful career in retail sales leadership, managing large teams, exceeding performance goals, and earning national recognition as a Pinnacle Club award winner.

Growing up in a family that owned and operated two restaurants, Kris developed an early appreciation for hospitality and exceptional service. She holds a degree in Business Marketing from Madison College and takes pride in being a trusted partner to the clients she serves.

Outside of work, Kris is a proud mother of three daughters and values spending time with her family.

Arianah Rodriguez began her journey at Best Western Premier Park Hotel in 2021, joining the team as a part-time server shortly after graduating high school. Her dedication to hospitality and passion for creating memorable guest experiences led to her promotion to Wedding & Social Events Coordinator in February 2026.

Having studied Web & Graphic Design at Madison College, Arianah brings a creative perspective and an eye for detail to her role. She enjoys helping couples and event hosts bring their visions to life, creating celebrations that feel personal and memorable.

Outside of work, Arianah loves traveling, spending time with her dog, Jasmine, and planning a special celebration of her own as she prepares for her upcoming wedding with her fiancé.

With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, spanning hotel operations, food and beverage management, and sales leadership, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for exceptional guest service to Best Western Premier Park Hotel.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, he takes pride in building strong teams, developing future hospitality leaders, and creating memorable guest experiences. His commitment to teamwork, professional growth, and genuine hospitality makes him a valued part of the Park Hotel team.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jenny, their daughter, Molly, and their dog, Leo. He also loves golfing with longtime friends and making memories on summer fishing trips with his father.
