These 2nd floor event spaces can be combined or used on their own, depending on the needs and size of your event. Capitol Room East has a large wet bar, and in a typical hollow square arrangement, can accommodate 30. Capitol Room West is a small, comfortable meeting space or breakout room and accommodates a hollow square arrangement for 16.

This striking event space is lined with windows offering views of both lakes and the beautiful Capitol building, with Gold Chiavari chairs that add a special touch to any gathering. Used as a meeting space, a typical setup would allow 13 round tables of 8 or 10; 150 guests would be accommodated for a cocktail hour.

The Doty Rooms, Vilas Rooms, and Fairchild Rooms make up the Founder’s Level. Each of these lower-level rooms has a wet bar and drop-down projection screen and can be used as a large space or divided into smaller break-out rooms using retractable walls, allowing for numerous setup options based on occupancy and function.
